Intake is worth 5 hp or so, headers is worth 15 - 18 hp or so, exhaust (depending on how radical you go) is worth 5-8 hp, so your over all gains on a 225 hp 00 TL would end up between 25-30 hp giving you a total of 250 -255 hp at the fly wheel, which equates to about 205-210 at the rear wheels. Go for it.

V2 will give close to 10, AEM claims 15.
headers do 15 and up to 25 (-p gains 30hp @6000rpm, dynoproves all over internet)
exhaust will not give you 3hp...our car's exhaust flow is very good.
you are looking at +25-30hp with those.
69ssr: we all wish we had a flyweel (manual trans?) you mean at the crank. and it would be 205-210 to the FRONT wheels...

Not quite. The gains that are stated for those mods are the increases they add to a stock motor. So just because you add an intake (5hp) and headers (25hp) and exhaust (2 hp) doesn't mean you are going to come out with a 32 horsepower gain. Also remember, the gains listed by modifications are usually expressed in wheel horsepower not crank horsepower. It's pretty hard to see how much a difference axel back exhaust makes on an engine dyno.
I have a CL-S with Comptech I/H/E. The Type-S is rated at 260 crank horsepower. Given a 25% power loss due to the automatic transmission, this equates to 190-195 wheel horsepower (most dyno in that range) in stock trim. After my mods I dyno'd at 222whp, or a gain of 27whp from those mods. Alot of people have been getting dyno tests done lately because the UniChip mod finally came out. No one with the exact same mods as me has dyno'd as high as I have so a 27whp gain might not even be what you are looking at... might be less.

Black Acc is right. Exhaust on our cars don't do much at all for 600+ dollars. It's virtually only for sound and looks.
Judging by your user name, though, I would imagine that you have a muscle car, or at least into muscle cars. You probably thought of this in those terms, hence the reason you said RWD and flywheel. But on import FWD forums, you must say crank and fwhp.
