For the best sound & horse power gains you'll want comptech (CT engineering) headers, and the ATLP catback exhaust. Both come at a hefty price new, but searching around the black market, you could get them used for a relatively reasonable price.

Part of the reason why CT headers are so expensive is because they're CARB legal in all 50 states. XS power headers used to be the best CT substitutes (it was a CT rip off), but it seems like they're just generic eBay's now. DC sport headers used to have fitment issues, but since the company changed it a bit, most noticeably seen in part # IMO, I haven't heard of any fitment issues there. However i think they are made in a different way than comptech. I THINK DC has ceramic coated while comptech is stainless steel, but it's not unlikely that I could be mistaken.

The most cost effective ATLP cat-back substitute would be the tsudo axel-back exhaust, with custom 2.5" MANDREL BENT piping. Not crush bent... but MANDREL bent. It will make a big difference.

As for prices...
CT headers- about 1000
DC headers - about 325
XS headers - 119???
ATLP exhaust - about 1000
tsudo axel back + custom piping - about 500-600.

But if you wanted to get the most out of these gains, I would recommend getting a high flow cat, or test pipes to really let the air flow.
