i jus hit 7500 miles yesterday...
im waiting for my appointmnt to take my car in...
but so far..
this is a list of the cars complaints...

The back seat center console is ripping on both sides...it feels like this **** is such cheap leather or something..i hope they replace it under warrenty...

i never have experienced such cheap paint ...out of all the cars i've owned this car get more scratchs than any... like yesterday a pebble hit the side of my door.. wtch is a common thing that happns.. but on my car it went right to the primer paint..there is a nice big 1 inch gas where i can ee all the different layers of paint onmy car..it sucks sooo much

the cars trany seems liek it either sucks or its starting to go ..i can feel every shift...

i can think of anythign else right now.. but fter 1 month..i think thats alot....i had my beamer for so long had like a broken window regulator thats all...i duno...im stil hapy with it overall.the 260 horses is the major thing that has be on lock down otherwise , id be adiff car... anywaze...

do you guys think they wil fix that center console...liek near the side screws of it the lether is ripping...

i dont think ur gonna get any satisfaction ......those are things that they arent responsible for unless u can prove that they were defective from the start......but u never know...dealerships have been known to take care of things for certain customers for there loyalty

 

yea just give it a shoot, you might never know.

 

Your best and safest bet is to go to Park Ave Acura.

As far as the paint is concerned, I don't think it is cheap. It's just that they didn't apply that many layers. And the back seat console should be covered under warranty.

Your seat should be covered. I had my entire rear back seat replaced under warantee because one of those plastic guide buttons popped off.

 

Yup.....that's what warranties are for. Take it to Park Ave Acura in NJ and get it fixed. By the way, u were in my Anthro1 class
