Thumbs up Hats Off To Tim

I recently bought a Bypass valve from Tim to ensure year round peace of mind with my AEM CAI. What I thought to be be a simple install resulted in a good deal of frustration in getting the valve to fit over the CAI pipe. Tim was kind enough to give me a call and give me a few tricks he used when installing his valve. This is true customer service and is reason enough to purchase all parts for mods through him. Honest, I'm not on retainer, just a satisfied customer. I will post some of Tim's words of guidance on this install on the Installation Board.

Yeah, I agree, my hats off to Tim. I remember when I ordered the Inspire Wheel, he spent like 30+ minutes chatting with me about other parts. Truthfully, I would order more stuff from him, but I'm saving my money for my CLK. I'm still contemplating on buying another CAI.

Hey, thanx to Bigg Tim because my car is faster now!!! It took me forever to put on the CAI, I had lots of trouble with the valve and figuring out where the second bracket goes on the middle pipe... I didn't put in the second bushing but it is very sturdy... Did any of you guys have that problem??? Don't know what to do about it, except cut off the bracket off the pipe ... Anywayz, thanks Tim, I would definately buy again...

I wish I could find people like Tim to hire... It's hard finding good reliable people that are helpful... Recruiting for tech support is sooo tough. TIM RULES!!!!
