Question Has anyone changed their "high-beams"?

I was just wondering if anyone else has changed their high-beams. If so, what did you replace with? I have Hyper Whites and they are not great. They shine blue and don't look that bright. I think the stock bulbs might actually be better. Any ideas, suggestions, help is appreciated.

I dont know if anyone else had experienced this, but a friend of mine used a cheap blue bulb in his highs. Ended up blowin the bulb inside the housing. Now he has all these bits of blue lens in his headlight housing. Thats sucks!!!

Me three and I thought the HyperWhites sucked. Not nearly as bright as stock, but they did look cool though

Just depends on the brand. The cheap ones are not as bright as the stock and don't last. While Piaa or Raybrig and the name brand ones are actually brighter and last longer then conventional bulbs.

The one's I bought were not cheap and they were a name brand, not PIAA's because I didn't want to spend $70 on 2 bulbs. They say 65 watts and are the "correct" bulbs for the car. I am looking for something better than the stock bulbs within reason.

I put in something called Xexons, they were $50 for the pair. Look pretty good, they match the low beams pretty good.

I believe that the Piaa 9005 superwhites are the best in matching our low beams...they have them at autocarparts.com check it out alot of people have them at this site..

I have the Solaris high beams and they are awesome. They shine bright white light the same as the HIDs on the CLS and they look blue when they are off. Most people on the CL board have gotten these since I posted my pics and impressions.
