Hardwire V1

Hardwire V1

Does anyone have step by step instructions on how to hardwire V1 for a 03 TL? I am a noob. Thx.

I followed this with mine.. But, when you get to the fuse panel, use the fuse #12.. It's the wiper fuse and should be a 30 amp fuse, on the driver side.. Using that fuse will only have the V1 come on when the key is in the 2 position or when the car is running.. The ground is a screw/bolt that is pretty easy to tell.. It already has a wire grounded to it.. It worked out great for me..

Also the back side of the drivers side fuse box has spots to attach. 2 are constant, 2 are switched and one is with the lights on. All you need is a spade connector to connect to it.
