03 TL Hardwire Radar Detector - need live wire

Hey sorry I tried searching but to no avail for a 2003 or any 2nd gen.

I know how to hardwire a radar detector as I've done it on 2 of my other cars, but I just need direction on tapping into the correct wire on my 03 so it turns on only when the cars turns on. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I must have done mine different that everyone else... I just tapped into the wires that ran to the left/right overhead lights where the home-link and sun glass holder are (it has a connector you can just jam the wires into and reconnect), then ran the RJ11 plug through the hole where the rear-view windows gets its power. Then again, I like my detector just below the rear-view mirror. No cutting/splicing necessary - just sacrificed a phone cord.

In later years I ripped apart a car USB charger and also stuck that in the roof with it also to supply 5V to a dash camera.

Second the "Add-a-fuse" technique. ran phone cord down the A pillar to the fuse box and connected to an existing fuse.
