ok guys i found a 2002 TL-TYPE S for 22,000 it has 30000k miles and Pearl White i was think is it worth it ? will i be able to smoke ex. 03 bmw 325? mbz c230 c240 e320?
lexus gs 300,400??? <-- not sure on that one please your opinion is very much welcome replay asap i got 2 day to buy

 

u could take a bmw 325 or a 330 along with the whole mercedes c-class lineup. The lexus gs 300 isnt a problem but I dunno if you'll be able to beat the 430. Sounds like it should be 22000 if it has 30k miles. I say, get it.

 

ohh ok kool one more question is the 2002 tl types-s any good on the long run beacuse all of us noe that bmw are slow at start but afther 90+ they rock

 

I had a 2002 TL-S that I sold to buy my '04. It has 11,000 miles and the guy who bought it paid me $23,000. That Type S was pretty fast, but the '04 is much faster but it has a 6MT so that might be part of the reason. It was still a very nice car and I miss having it....good luck with the new car!

 

I have 200TL-P and I took on 325 and GS300 no problem (even with my odl tranny that was slipping a bit). You should be able to beat them with more HP and torque. But I don't think you can touch GS400. It's a rocket.

 

That's not a bad price for the '02 TL
