Question Going away for 8 days...

My girlfriend and I are leaving for a weeks vacation right after Christmas and I was wondering if there's anything special that I should do for the TL before I leave. I'll do all the obvious stuff - fill it with gas and wash it off before I leave. We'll be gone a total of about 8 days. Was wondering if I should inflate my tires a little more than usual? I've noticed my Yokos are subject to light flat spotting on cold mornings - any ideas?

if you're super worried about flat spots.. probably not an issue for 8 days... jack up the car on all four corners a little, and place simething under the jack support places, like some wood or ideally a jack support (if you have four like I do). If you take a little weight off the ar you are less likely to get flat spots.

dude, you're leaving for 8 days, not 8 months... it's a good thing to be concerned about your car's health, but comon', 8 DAYS

just park it, arm the alarm and enjoy your vacation.

A lot can happen in 8 days........After all, it only took 6 days to create the universe plus a day to think about it........I hear what you're saying though...........Thanks, and everyone have a great holiday! You'll be without my pearls of wisdom, but I think you guys will be alright...........

Hahahaha, won't your girl be jealous

About the tire, i won't worry. What I usually do is check the pressure along the way to montior changes. But if your tires are in good condition and you never had problem, don't worry dug, just enjoy your trip.

8 days is nothing, just top of your gas tank to prevent condensation build up, and have fun while you're away.
