Getting a TL-S this weekend
Just sold my Grand Cherokee and hope to join this community soon. The car is a 2002 silver TL-S black leather with Navi and the going price is $22,555 with 36,000 miles. Im going to try them to knock off as much as $2,000 since my friend just bought a TSX 6-Speed from them not so long ago and my dad might buy a TSX soon for my brother there. Too much to ask?
anything is worth a try, i dunno if they'll knock off the whole 2000 but you might get lucky and they might knock off like 1000-1500, sticker price on my TL was 18500, but we got i out the door at 17250, good luck
and welcome to the forum.
Cool . I had a 2003 GC 4x4. what tghe biggest POS I ever had. They are like a harley, runs good, but always have to work on them b/c they have gremelins in them. Congrats on the new TL. What a big differece.
Oh yea, I had the 4x4 w/ the 4.0L and it was AWD, and barely pulled my 18' ski boat. What a joke. traded it for a Tahoe. Now thats a suv

Cool, I am looking for a 2003 TLS and I am hoping I can get one in the $20K-$22K range for one with 30-50K miles. Too bad the colors I want don't come with the parchment interior!!! Black and blue look great with the parchment interiors.
Does anyone know if ARthracite comes with a parchment interior??

Resale has been very bad on the 2nd gen probably do to all the bitching and moaning people on this forum did to the NHTSA on the tranny.
But the 3rd gen is holding its value AMAZINGLY well. Cars with over 10K miles are selling for almost as much as people payed for them new.
Now truly is a buyers market for the TL-S. If I was in the market for a used car, I would definitely pick up a TL-S. Amazing car....you will love it.

That is definitely a pretty good deal. The best part is getting the Navi too. I can't imagine getting a TL without one. Be easy on the gas when you first get it.....its gonna be tempting not to hear the engine wail in VTEC from 4800 RPMs on......
