Use the search button for more info, but its the single largest gain in HP and is the most noticeable next to FI. Yes the gains are good. And for the money you would be stupid not to.

The guy that was installing my headers said that there's no way in hell those bolts are coming off as they were rusted as hell, so he cut them off...

He put in some temperory bolts that are too short, so I just wanted to know whats the proper bolts to get along with the nuts.
