Gettin a lil paint on rotors

Question I am going to be cleaning the rust and repainting my front rotors. My question if I get a lil paint in the rotors will it burn off. I will be masking the whole area but just in case.

I will probally use caliper paint.

Observe where the pads contact now and do you best- mask off or freehand
A little sandpaper takes it back off before install- or some brake cleaner
Try to have them clean so the pads dont pick it up, but dont freak out
Its like rotor surface rust after washing the car- a few stop signs and its gone

I am guessing how you drive, so:
Caliper paint is good till 600 F
BBQ paint as primer coat-good to 1100 F
then caliper paint for nice look

Sweet. I am pretty steady with the paint brush so There might be just a lil paint on the rotors.

One day in the sears parking lot I saw a really ugly civic with a lot of ricer crap all over and it and I shit you not he painted the ENTIRE rotor yellow. Of course it was scraping off where the pad met but I just looked at that and said that can't be good.

You can but it's not necessary.
I learned an old saying when doing finishing work while building pools, "your final work is only as good as your prep work. As long as you tape everything off before and take your time and be careful, you can do it with them on .

I dont know if powder coating has a temp limit
A lot of the high $ rotors have electro static paint on them, but even it wears off
Maybe its just me that burns paint off things in the brakes
