Fuel pump question

I am looking for a fuel pump for my 2002 Acura TL and looking at rock auto at what is available but none of the available OEM / Interchange Numbers: match what Acura has as OEM part - 16010-S84-A01.
The parts I am looking at are DENSO 9500161 Includes Strainer and the DELPHI FE0479 Electric but I not sure they will fit.

If I order it through Acura, does it have all the parts, seal, float, etc. Is just a simple replacement or do have to remove certain things from the old pump and put on the new pump?

Thanks, any info would be great.

OEM part # 17040-S3M-A00 is at the bottom of RA's DENSO 9500161 assembly link below.

It's 20 years old if original to the car, why not replace it?
If you do, make sure to get OEM from Acura / Honda to be safe. Not a 'knock-off' from Amazon or Ebay.
Good Luck

If you have the right connectors you can apply 12V to the fuel pump connector and hear the pump run. It will also run for a second or so when you turn the key to the on position, You can have someone turn the key while you listen in the trunk use a screwdriver handle to your ear and touch the metal end to the fuel filter top and you should be able to hear the pump come on.
