Front Wheel Noise

So I'm getting this odd noise that I can only duplicate for a camera by turning the wheel fully left and turning it back and forth with the wheel.

The noise heard in the video can also be heard when coming to a quick stop and then taking off from that same stop. Or when stopping on a steep hill. I believe in the case it's caused by the front end dropping.

In the video, it's cause by my turning the wheel left and right.

This is the same side that was completely rebuild after the accident and it is not happening on the other side.

Thoughts?

That creaking could possibly be a control arm bushing? Take it to an alignment shop so they can put it on the rack. They'll be able to see/hear while underneath the car and pinpoint the exact cause.

a car with a noise after body shop-- side crash-
I am guessing its not right and needs to go back in ASAP, I worked in the industry- things happen, as you know- they dont see all the damage---

Ask them why they put that bad noise in the engine too!

really though, take it back to them and have them figure it out. That is what the insurance co paid them for. They will file to amend the claim to get theirs

It was a loose tie rod. Probably solved with a few minutes on the rack for tighting.

Now back to valve adjustments... only 2 more weeks.
