Front Lift point bent
So I lifted my car from the front lift point after awhile I noticed it was slightly bent. Can this cause any problems? Thanks

It probably won't hurt anything, but you can straighten it out easily. I've only had one bend on me, and I straightened it out with a crescent wrench.

are you using jackstands to support the car? or leaving all the weight concentrated on the lift point?

I had a jack stand but the car wasn't sitting on it. So yeah, the weight of the car was concentrated on the jack point

crescent wrench implies he set it to fit the metal, then pulled on the tool
Next time place a small piece of 2x4 on top of the jack to spread the load

Mine also bent ages ago... Now I just use the sub-frame with a ply of wood in between. Works wonders and feel safer.

I jack the car up from the front lift point and use jack stands under the side lift points, where do you guys put jack stands otherwise?
