Foliatec Grill

Yo, Today I got some of the Foliatec grill mesh, the circular one, anyways, I tried to make myself a grille, and I couldnt. It was really hard for me to cut it the way I wanted, and I really need help, if there are instructions you could give me that would be mad cool.....

Also, I was wondering, if I send the mesh to someone, and if someone was to make me a grill, I would pay them mad cash. If your interested, post your email here,,, or email me or IM me at Teedoh@aol.com Thanks

Tatewaki,
I really like that grill on your car! Like Teedoh, I also tried to make myself a grill and failed the first time. I thought I'd just give up, but after seeing your phat grill, I think I want to try it again! Any input as to what we can do??
Thanks!

The foil isn't that hard to cut. Any metal cutters would do. I cut out all the plastic mesh in the stock grill. Then I cut the mesh to size, fold it and wedge it between the hood and the grill liner. I was going to remove the plastic behind the emblum, but the material is too tick and I'm afriad it might buckle under high speed.

Hey is there a way that I can install the foil so that the plastic part of the factory grill does not show? I want it kind of like the GMC DENALI grill, where it is just the foil and the emblem in the center. Thanks for your help.

I think the faq is pretty clear. All you need is just to wedge the mesh between the chrome trim and the plastic liner. Unless you want to go my path and cut the inside of the grill, that's another story
