Arrow Fogs - Blue/White to match or Yellow for Contrast?

There are a few people who have varying types of fogs. I have seen many recommendations of the PIAA 1700, and I like them as well. But I have also seen the ion yellow ones as well which look pretty sweet. Then there are some of us who have a bit more change and hav gotten HID fogs that would be really nice as well.

If you are planning to put fogs on, or have them on. What color did you choose and why?

Thumbs down

I'd want to match the HID's like on the Lexus GS400.

I've seen the yellow and I think it will take away from the glory of our HID's.

I got the new tails and Ron is going to clear my headlights, so you can see I want to stay away from yellow.

I thought those were that bright yellow? Or am I thinking of the IS300?

I used to have the PIAA 1700x on my TL. But one of the bulb blew. I was planning to get the 1700x again but decided to try something different. At first, I was thinking about the ion yellow like the Lexus but finally decided not to. So I got what was in between. PIAA came out with their new Solitaire series which is cheaper in price than the 1700x. I got mine in Plasma Blue. It looks really nice with our HIDs. It is not as white as the 1700x and not as yellow as the ion yellow. It has a bluish tint to it.

Thanks for the pics of the ion yellow. Aren't the Raybrigs 200 series only for racing??

The new Solitaires are not as bright as the 1700x but it looks really good. For the price of a 1700x, you can buy 2 sets of Solitaires.

My cousin has a '99 GS400 and it has the yellow ions.....I guess lexus gives you an option for either driving lights or fogs.
BTW how much do those HID fogs go for??

I prefer the contrasting yellow fogs. I like the way the PIAA Ions have a blue halo that can be seen at an angle.

IMO seeing the blue matching fogs looks the best and it is pretty unique, at least around Delaware.
