I apologize if this issue is addressed elsewhere, but I did try to do a search. Does anyone know if the factory switch on the 02's can be modified to allow the fogs to activate with only the parking lights, or alone?

 

I am sure you can rewire the whole thing and connect the power to the parking light. This way you will be able to control the fogs to turn on when the parking lights go on or turn them off with the switch.

If you connect the wire to the positive constant, then you will be able to turn them on or off at anytime, even when the car is off.

That is how most of us do the aftermarkets but I think the 2002 has all those lights wired into one circuit which will cause problems.

Ask Wayneg, he has the Helm for the 2002. Maybe he can let you know. He is a great guy but he is a Service Manager for Acura so he might not be able to disclose that info.
