this question has probably been asked to death, but are the foglights listed on this site's accessories page...the platinum super white bulbs...any good? if not, can someone suggest or give a link to a site that has some good foglights? thanks.

 

i got my fogs off this site. it's not a close match to the hid but much whiter than the stock fogs. the good thing about it is it's still within the spec so i don't have to worry about burning the housing.

if you want some good match for the hid, you can try catz, i heard good stuff about them. you can also search for something syla..... i forgot how to spell. piaa plasma is also very nice too. these are much close match to the hid but they are probably all out of spec. but then again you are not too FAR from the spec.

 

sylvania silver stars...never tried them, but i have heard good things bout them.

 

I bought the CATZ Galaxy Whites and that match about 99%. Pretty darn close and a lot better then the PIAAs. I did a side by side comparison and the CATZ were a lot better match then the PIAAs.....

 

The CATZ are amazingly close BUT from any decent distance (>15 feet) the PIAAs look just as good.

 

The silverstar's are aiight. But the PIAA super plasmas are almost identical if not identical to the HID color. But they are hella expensive, if you want a whiter light than the stocks, go with the silverstar's. They arent that expensive either.
