Fog lights
well..no bulb failure for me yet on those $22 hid bulbs I got from ebay seller KICKSXTC..also, we got a new vendor in the black market selling hid kits for $60 shipped!!! they are not kaixen brand, but can certainly do the job for fogs!!
I live in the city too, but the large oak trees block out the street lights, which in turn makes it harder to see crackheads and such

4300K pure white hid fogs for block lighting and lighting up the sides of road and locating crackheads. 3000K yellow for half a block lighting and locating crackheads walking backwards with inverted wind broken umbrellas on the side of the road in the rain.
^..lol..^ inverted umbrellas...damn you got some serious feens around your way..lol... but i havent had this car much long and im tired of the lights already...not alot of output and not blue enough..so f* it ..goin wit dem pearly whites 4300 top n bottom
