Sorry to hear that . You know I sent the private message before I saw your profile stated you had 2 tranny failures,which was ALL I asked and the reason I asked as you know was also in the Private message, was that Acura in Ocala said they had never sold a car before mine that had failed tranny's.

Then I SAW that you had 2 yourself,so the question was already answered .


This was the ONLY thing questioned in the PM.


I hope you feel like a really BIG GUY now with that post , YOU MUST HAVE REALLY needed the BOOST ,hope you got all you needed from it,but something tells me your inferiority runs much deeper then that and you'll need ALOT more .

I would rate my experiences with Fountain as being an overall 6 out of 10. They have decent pricing on many common maintenance tasks and won't try to rip you off by suggesting unnecessary work.

They are very cheap, however. They will frequently not have an Acura loaner and will send you to the on-site Hertz shop instead. They will try to get over on some warranty work (i.e. brakes) claiming that it's not covered. If you raise hell with them, they generally come around. If they don't want to cover something, raise hell with their service manager, Debbie. She hooked me up on new front brake rotors at 30k miles.

My best experience with an Acura dealership was Ferman Acura in Tampa. I had an oil leak on the way to Tampa. After calling the roadside assistance # they sent a tow truck and got me to the dealership. Ferman Acura was more worried about getting me on my way than anything else. They gave me a TL loaner without even looking at my car. They treated me like royalty; it almost makes me want to move to Tampa!

Yeah I'll vouch for fla-tls he hooked me up with very good info that I asked of him regarding the new DVD. Very nice guy.

Regarding Fountain Acura in Orlando I didn't care too much for them either. I bought my car at Courtesy Acura in Sanford and their new dealership and service people is really nice. I get an Acura loaner every time I ask (you need to book it in advance). The new sales girl Kelly is HOT and Very sweet.

Fla-tls may be a nice person ,if he is great ,however all I asked the guy was if he had tranny failure's since I SAW where he purchased his car ...If he felt the need to react in that matter ,that's his choice ..

Yes as you guy's said and as I have stated repeatedly ,the tranny issue is my interest ...so until it's no longer an issue I'll be reading the forum.

Yes ,you may ,but only if you realise that there was no rudness coming from me, it was first dealt to me ,but that is pretty childish I realise to react each time someone is rude to you ,so i'm trying to NOT react in the same manner other's have reacted to me .

You called him out because he didn't respond to your liking, and then get pi$$ed when he tells you his reason. Honestly, simply saying he didn't want to involve himself with you because your post are "odd/off base" isn't being rude, it is being honest in his opinion. Being rude is me telling you that you are a psycho stalker--rude opinion, that is. Just leave him alone. He's too adult to banter with you, whereas I enjoy kicking you in the teeth every other day.

its great, they dont ask dumb questions, they get he job done.

only prob. it takes a little while for them to order parts that they dont have.

 

I got mine from Rick Case Acura, Very nice and helpful over there.
