Talking The first alterations to my new ride

Ok, I got a 2000 Acura 3.2TL back in late May. The first thing I had time to play with was the engine compartment. So tell me what you think [Good or Bad]

Looks good except for the contrasting colors. Personally, I would paint it all one color and get matching color hoses.

This is cool 2. It's like veins and arteries in a heart. It looks to me one of the blue tubes is awfully close to the steering pump belt.

hey predator21, how did u paint your engine cover? I was thinking of doing that sometime but not really sure where to start. Do I need to prime the surface or can I just buy engine paint n spray it on there? Yeah nice work on the engine bay. Next thing u need is a cool blue cai haha...

I like the color scheme INSIDE the engine compartment, and yes, it reminds me of a heart...

Looks good, but I would have picked something that more closely matched the color of my car.

looks awesome, but body colored would have looked so much better since you rarely see a gold tl with a gold motor

hey did you use a high heat paint to paint the engine cover,, and what color was it .?? and where did you get the color tubing ??

the colors are good .. if you painted it gold the blue and red wouldn't have looked as good .. your engine looks awsome !!

i was thinkin of doing mine a metalic blue with some red and yellow tubing .. i'll post pics of my ride soon..

Yes the paint is high heat paint and it is metalic Blue but you can't tell that in any of the pictures. I got it at carparts fx. And the blue lights in my sig are neons from my old Legend. They have since been removed and I am slowly putting them into my TL. I will post pics of those when I am done.
