Hey all - I've been around for a while but haven't posted much since all my questions were pretty much already answered in the forums.

I got a pretty good deal on a silver TL-S with nav + spoiler/trunk tray/moonroof visor/wheel locks for 33.5K OTD... and take delivery in about 3 weeks.

One question I didn't see on here already.. a different dealer told me that there is an aftermarket chip or code or something that allows you to watch DVDs on the nav system. I know its illegal and all but it would be pretty sweet.. anyone else hear that, or was he just blowing smoke?

 

Wow 33.5k OTD is a really, really, really, REALLY good price. What state did you buy in? Anyways yes there is a conversion available (you need a PS2). There is a guy on this board named StreetEffectz (Ron) who does conversions. PM him or visit his website.

 

Does your OTD price include sales tax? If so, then your got a great deal

 

Yea 33.5K includes tax/title/tags/registration, the whole 9 yards.. I bought it in VA so the tax is only 3.2% (3%state+.2%county)

No kidding..its 3.2%... but in VA we pay property tax above the first 20K of a car, so it kinda evens out in the long run.
