My dad and I were discussing how to make our TL-S more noticeable at night...ever since I showed my dad neon lights on some cars...he's loved it.

can someone suggest a neon kit that can be installed in our cars that make the car look really good, but not too cheap looking.

I want something for under the car...and possibly around it.

Also around the license plate will look awesome.

Any advice is appreciated.

why does your dad want your car to be more noticable at night?....btw...pretty much all neon for the exterior is illegal...mayeb not in canada tho....and way check out the streetglow gold series underbody kits....thats what i plan to get..not to be more noticable tho...just for show

well how often do you see cars with neon light coming from the bottom of it?

not too too often...but often enough that cops could pull them over...is there a way to shut these lights of manually if you do happen to see a cop?

or are they always on at night?

I assume they're synchronized with the car headlights, so when they are on, so are the neons.

You can put a switch to control ur neon (on/off whenever you want).. i think red/blue are illegal (or atleast they are color cops look for)...


btw, dont get those cheap a$$ license plate neons. they look so rice and ****. please dont do that the underbody kit is enough

I had blue underbody neons before and it is not too bad. But never really had a chance to use them since they are illegal. But definitely NO NO to the license plate frame neon.

Underbody neon is illegal in Canada. Don't waste time and $ to do it.

dont degrade our cars' nameplate anymore. i'm already faced with the idiots that assume Acuras are all riced out little two door like in the movies.
Look, we all have great car that are far superior to the comp. from the other two japanese co.s; ES300, and J30. the Type S in preformance, and the P in lux. so why do Acuras have this stigma? go ahead sit down with dad watch F & F again and throw on some tackie a$$ glow stick on his beautiful A-spec. And just try to imagine what the general public is saying about Acura.
oh and don't worry about why i bought my acura or if I'm all that shallow. I'M NOT! mines debadged anyway, I really dont care if people know what name's on it.
