The valve cover gasket goes around 16 bucks but you have to remove the Intake Manifold to replace.. The EGR gasket just needs to remove that bracket.

I had cleaned the intake manifold because the CEL came on few months ago. It was pretty easy. I am not sure about this Egr gasket. It's not leaking like crazy, but you can see it's leaking. Do you think it will get worse?

More hard driving will make it worse but for the most part you shouldn't have issues. This reminds me of the mess I have under the hood and all the cleaning I gotta do!

I wouldnt worry about the EGR. Are you sure its your valve cover and not the cam seal?

Did you put the valve cover gasket on the right way when you reinstalled it? Align the holes correctly?

It looks like it's leaking something... I don't know if it's engine oil because whatever it's leaking isn't brown.

Touch it and smell it.
Describe it in more detail.

Recheck the torque on the mounting hardware for the VC and EGR.

There is nothing to leak up there liquid other than oil.

And the cam seal is the round piece with 2 bolts in it on the end of the head (the lower circled area goes across one of the bolts)
