Engine Treatment Oil

Is it safe to use engine treatment oils like motorup or slick 50 in our engines?

Yes, but it is not needed or worth it at all. Just put Mobil 1 synthetic and save your money on that other stuff.

bad mileage is from your driving style with this engine. You can get very good if you keep the RPM's below 3000, but if you accelerate even moderatly fast everytime, you will lose a few. I get 20-21 durring all city driving, I got like 15 on one take...must have been bad gas maybe.

those oil treatments won't help gas mileage. I used slick 50 a long time ago. It did nothing. Just stick with the synthetic.

waste of money. you have to realize that durring winter your mileage will go down due to temps and fuel additives for the winter blends.
there is no miricle cure to help mileage, just try changing your driving styles

try to stay below 2500rpm, for VTEC engines the valves are half open below 2500rpm for fuel econ purpose, and all the valves will open from 2500rpm
