actually $160 doesn't sound bad to me at all. i don't know how many book hours those jobs add up to but at $60 an hour it seems fine.

if i recall you can only get to that when the tranny is out. someone stop me if i'm wrong on that. does your mechanic know about the mount's location?

You forgot 2 mounts. You should inspect the 2 trans mounts and replace them

You dont need to remove the trans to get to the rear, but the rear is going to be a pain for them to remove

I also recall there are 5 mounts total (2 for tranny). I paid 68 * 2 + 86 + 72 + 133 for them just recently, which looks to be very similar to yours. Labor was a little over $200.

not unless the tech inspected them and noted it in the replacement of the trans. Usually only the front is since its a known one to fail.

Your invoice will say what they replaced with the trans
If you did not get a phone call saying it was extra cost- you didnt get anything
