Engine Mount

Not an unfamiliar sight for many of you I'm sure. It looked bad while still installed, now confirmed. This one was pretty easy. It's hard to tell if the others are also bad but I'm going to change them out anyway, Hopefully they will go as easily as this one (but I'm not counting on it.

So, a quick question. I was getting ready to change the one on the front by the fans. I saw a YT vid that tested one by applying a vacuum to the port on the mount to see if it holds. My new one does not, neither does my old one (still on). Are they supposed to hold vacuum? If so, seems like my new one maybe bad too. I’m using my Mityvac which holds vacuum if I plug the inlet.
