Which mounts? stock or IM? If they are stock did you make sure to re hook up the vacuum lines?

The mounts may be binding after the installation, thus transferring noise and vibration. Try neutralizing the engine mounts. These steps are taken from various Acura Service News articles:

• Loosen the mounting bolts until they are finger tight

• Start the engine, set the parking brake, apply the service brakes and then shift from Drive to Reverse and Reverse to Drive several times

• Shift to Park, shut the engine OFF, then torque the mounting bolts to specification.

Why didn't you replace the rear? Maybe that's bad? I would say something isn't tq'd, or lined up right.
Or there's another bad mount that's now more apparent cause it's working with 2 new mounts.
