Downshift in D5 while doing 85miles/h +

Hi all
I was fine tuned and testing my new Transmy of my TL-P 02 , while doing 85-90 miles /h in D5 on a safe freeway I decide to floor the pedal and to my surpise the transmy did not downshift to 4th insteed it keep on pulling to 110
then I decide that enough .
My question is any of you guys ever remember if our transmy will downshift in
D5 when you WOT at 85 miles/hour ?
Or something is wrong with my new transmy ?

That was how mine was acting; sometimes it does downshift and other times it does not. After I changed the tranny filter, downshift and upshift were more consistent, smooth and quiet. You got the new tranny, but look at the filter to see if it still has the blue paint on it.

Acutee : it's your first transmy ? Why should i look for the blue paint on the filter ?
Assumming the dealer did change it when they install the new transmy .
My new transmy downshift and upshift very smooth ... maybe while i decide to floor it
at 85 miles/h the transmy was still in 4th gear ??!! Tonight I will test it again and if it will not downshift then I will put in Sportshift to see in what gear i'm in ......

I know , I hear your advice ...but mine got almost 400 miles on in now so...
I fine tune everything ( Clean TB , seafoam , adjust throtlle cable , change engine oil , reset ECU ) and now it's silky smooth
