Does anyone know where I can get door sills that have the Acura TL-S logo for a 2003 TL-S?

 

apsignworks.com ..... they look GREAT!!!! give them a call an tell them you're a member and want the group buy discount of $65

 

do a search, they are very popular, and i believe they are one several month back order

 

I contacted apsignworks and they said that the full set was goin for $95. Maybe I didn't mention that I'm a member.

 

The $65 was only for the group buy, sorry

 

they quoted me for $85 shipped and said the sills were in stock.

 

anyway we can get another group buy for the sills?

Don't forget there is another end to the group buy - the manufacturer.

I hate to speak for others, but I have heard Jeff from ap say that he regrets doing the group buy and would not want to do it again

 

Guys... there is no group buy.... I'm not running one. If someone wants to start on in the MVC forum... contact apsignworks and go for it.

Like copland said... the original group buy got messy.... so you may be out of luck and have to pay the quoted price.....

Hey guys...I bought mine from Jeff through Austin5|9...they give a special discount if you're an ***********.com member, now I'm just waiting for them to finish the trim kit. Thought I'd pass that along if it helps anyone...I'd go contact him over there...but from the way it sounds with the trim kit (I constantly pester them about it) I seriously doubt they'll do any sort of groupbuy...

I don't know if you read the whole topic... but apsignworks is no longer offering the discounts. Austin did the groupbuy through them on several boards. Apsignworks was contacted and they confirmed the groupbuy was over and the price is what was quoted.

rysky007 - As I already posted once....my advise would be to email Tim. sales@autocarparts.com or info@acura-tl.com . If he gives you permission, then go for it... otherwise... this topic will probably get locked.... but it's all up to him.

Honestly it's not up to me... it's up to Tim. My advise would be that the more you can do off of the board.... the better.

I'm suggesting emailing him b/c he may allow the group-buy... in which case you could keep it on the board and get more people involved....

 

Although this is really old...why don't you guys just IM Austin 519 (without the space is his IM name)...I ask him Q's on IM all the time...I'm sure he'd help.
