Do a search.

springs will improve handling and looks. there is a forum called TL gallery with pics. choose comptech b/c they're designed for the TL.

You don't need to change your shocks. I have seem many TL's lowered, I personaly think that the H&R sports springs give you the nicest drop. The ride doesn't change much. It handles a lot better, you will notice the difference. Plus, it makes your car look great. They are only $169.00. They lowered your car about 1.75"F 1.50"R. They won't make your tires rub, unless you get wider rims and it depends on the offset of the rim.

It will also reduce nose dive and body roll.

Swaybar can reduce body roll, but if you drop your car, the car will handle better because of the weight is closer to the ground... (damn, I don't know how to explain, now... I need some sleep...)
