DIY polyurethane Engine Mounts

So I just purchased an 80A DIY polyurethane mounts insert kit (liquid epoxy) from energysuspensionparts.com. it will be here in 2 days ..I am going to document the entire process in photos and will be posting it when completed ...I have a question...Can I add polyurethane to the front and rear engine mounts??? I know they are hydrolic and have a vacuum port so , will adding polyurethane to the mount stop the mount from functioning properly???

when ON accelerator, the stock mounts stiffen up due to vacuum port.
when off gas, mounts relax.

if you add polyurethane, it just wont stiffen up on acceleration because now it will be full stiff forever... you can then disconnect the vacuum lines from the mount and from the intake manifold

So I'll have to trade off having a more stable idle for stiffer mounts right??

LOL!
if you're going to durometer of 80A, it's going to be stiff regardless.
maybe trade off isnt the correct term.
if you're going this route, means you've ALREADY considered your car is going to be a mini massage chair.

I want to make performance upgrades and I know those measly rubber mounts aren't going to do justice ...
