$20 dollars each is not too bad considering i will cost less to remold and repaint.

if you buy the DIY ding king, they will help alittle bit but will not be pulled out all the way like the professional dent doctors can do.

Depending on the size of the dents the good old suction cup method works. Hvae gotten a few dents out of the doors caused by the Solon yentas, mini van ,Suv, and just plain I leased my toyota ,lexus , and Land Cruiser folks. Don't waste your time with the dent king.

There is no tool or magical tool to remove them. 20 bucks a dent Isnt bad. I would also check into other paintless dent removal places and see what they would charge/want

The Ding King is a total waste of money. Take it to a professional. www.Dentwizard.com did a great job on my car.

well for things like this, its best to get a PRO to do it. hopefully, the members who had this done with me will chime in and tell you how good of job he did.

They usually dont work and in the process of trying to do it yourself if not knowing what to do you can often times make it worse. Id check around a few more places

Can pros remove a dent that is extremely extremely small? You have to catch it in just the right light to notice it? It's the only ding I've gotten on my car in almost 4 years. But it really bugs the hell out of me because I know it's there.

yes...I agree with you...
USD20 for each is kinda cheap due to when I had a little dent on the door in 2002, the Acura Dealer charged me 100CAD for each.

I've had like 3 people tell me you can wrap a piece of dry ice in cheese cloth, run it over the body panel and the dings pop right out.

Sounds like an old wives tale to me. Won't catch me putting dry ice on the car's finish.

Thats very expensive. If there were a few in a door it would be cheaper to repaint. I payed around 25 per to have mine removed a few years back on a different car. I WOULDNT go to a dealer for that service, i would loof for shops that specialized in that

I heard that when i had my other car. I got a hold of some dry ice, i took a blow dryer heated up the dent and put like two towels against it the the dry ice on that and held it there. I think one of the dents looked better. The others I heated up a lot then applied the dry ice and even that did nothing, to small dings. I'd say it's a complete waste of time and money.

Aha!!!

Search for this guy's posts, and then you tell me how big of a TROLL this guy is.

Putting down people's rides, just being belligerent and ignorant in general.

MODS!!!!

Work with me here, read his posts, and do something...anything. Nothing constructive is coming from this guy. Please help make Acurazine a better place and ban (or warn; like that'll actually do anything but hey) this guy. Just take the time to read his posts, I promise it's worth it.

On a completely relevant note , I have two dents in my door I need to get taken out, and hopefully I guy I met on Acurazine (thanks Acurazine!!! ) will hook me up. I heart this website, if for nothing more than me saving a few bucks on dent removal, and a complete and total yearning to mod my car. . .and ChinozTL for a deal on a spoiler .

WTF??? what does this have anything to do with the topic?

I spend alot for my car, and I want it to look good, what is wrong with that?

I got one dent from some bike messenger crashing into my car when a stupid cab driver did a left turn from the right lane. I am trying to get it out too, along with 2 small dent near the rear wheel.

If anyone in the tri-state area know a decent place to get it remove for around 20-25 dollar or reasonable amount, shoot me a PM. The one on the hood I probably can pop out, but the 2 in the rear, too small for suction. My poor TL

i did a count today!

7 on passenger side doors, 5 on drivers, 2 on hood!

called couple of body shops, and $20 bucks was actually a really decent price already. Some quoted me $40 each on door dent/ding each! one shop quoted me $75 per door, maybe i'll go with this one! im gonna get them done next week after winter finals.

It's so painful everytime i look at the line ups....sigh!
