I followed a thread about Denso Iridium spark plugs a while ago, but have not heard any updates. Does anyone using them notice any change in the driveability of the car. I note when I start my TL, there is a slight roughness to the idle (2000TL with 17K and the standard plug that came with the car). It has been this way since new. The idle is very smooth after a minute or so. I was hoping the Iridium plugs might eliminate this problem. I am not really interested in increased horsepower. Iridium plugs are OEM in my wife's 2001 ES 300 Lexus and its idle is very smooth, all the time.

I'll probably look to get them once I decide what the fate of my car is(I may get an '02 TL-S), among other mods..

That's how all TL's warm up when you first crank the car...I changed my spark plugs with UltraSonic sparks, and they are great... Ill probably use my platinums when these get old tho...Shyne
