Dealership(PRESTIGE) put holes in my leather!What do I do??!
I took my TL to the dealership when my engine overheated due to problems that existed the day I bought the car, after they had me pay $500 dollars to put my engine in the goddamn trunk (wtf!) and all my stuff in the trunk in boxes and put the boxes on the back seats (which where perfect), I took pics before I moved the boxes and after. There is a two little rips.
I just want to know what kind of action I should take. Especially since I already paid $2000 for a warranty that didn't cover the replacement of my motor (wtf!)
What am I entitled to for the seats????

Dealers dealers dealers.... make sure you call Acura Clientele Services up... I think they would like to hear about this. Not like they'd care or anything, it may be well worth the phone call.

I called Client Services just today about some problems I had a couple weeks ago. Corporate called the dealer even before they called me. Corp did admit that my particular dealer does have a high employee turnover rate.
Now if they would have somehow tide that engine in the trunk to the rear wheels......first 4X4 TL!!

one time when I took my TL in for service, I found a scratch on the steering wheel, about 2 inches long. I went back, talked to the manager and they got me a new steering wheel
But if your dealer really sux... Just call Acura and like Stiletto said, have your lawyer send a letter to them... They don't want lawsuits and they won't take you to court... It costs much less to repair your TL than hiring a lawyer...

Well I called the dealer, Prestige imports (NOT the one that screwed me PRESTIGE ACURA) and told a little of my story and mentioned my lawyer. The person that I was speaking to got reaaaaaaal nice. HA! They are going to give me a call back, hopefully with good news.
