probably around 5 hp. It depends on whether your talking about wheel horsepower or crank horsepower. To the ground, you will probably only gain a few hp. (3-4)

I would recomend the Comptech Icebox intake. I have the AEM CAI...I love it but from what I have read the Icebox yeilds more gains and is almost as quit as stock. I'm going to order the Icebox here in a week or two.

Do you know their reasons why? Just wondering, b/c I know one thing I'll miss about the CAI (that great roar durring acceleration.)

Intake does a little alone, but combined with headers and exhaust it makes a world difference.

now I didn't know that at all. I just love the sound mine gives off when I hit VTEC.... LOL - everyone on the sidewalks quickly turn their head and are like WTF??? I jsut hope some dumbasses dont mistake that sound for one of those rediculous exhaust mufflers.

Now, without the CAI, my top speed was about 148-149... and when I tested it with the CAI, I got 155. Not that I do that every day, but I'm just saying it does make a difference. And I can tell the difference between my car and my friends car (exact same, except bone stock) and mine pulls harder in higher RPMS. I just love it though, I wouldn't get rid of it. Racing is not all that important to me right now.
