Hi. Back in 2019, we became owners of a 2001 3.2 TL from Canada. Unfortunately, the daytime running lights have been non-working since before we bought it. Ditto on the left high beam. As the DRL isn't offered on the US model, our mechanic can't just source them from local stores (I would've preferred to repair it, as I don't trust a replacement to not fail again). Is the only way to acquire the parts needed (DRL relays for left and right) to order them from Canada, or is there someplace closer we can get them from? If that part does fail again (and I'm expecting it to), how do we access it? Do the DRL relays also control the high beam indicator? Because that's also out.

 

Update: We did indeed need to order the DRL unit from Canada. Both high beams work, and so does the indicator!
