What do you mean by day time driving lights? Do you mean DRL? or are you talking more of a fog light?

Get Canadian TL's if you want proper DRL sourced from high beams. I would just do the fog light mod and leave it on all the time if you have US spec TL. For aftermarket DRL's, you might look into Philips or other reputable brand (not cheap eBay LED strip crap that you can't see during day time).

Thanks.

Hi, if you car is Canadian just replace the high beam bulbs.
Canadian tire will help you out or you can go to here:
https://www.sylvania.com/en-us/appli...s/lrgmain.aspx

Fill in the info and look at what high beam bulb you need or in the manual. Parts stores will help you get the right bulb if you ask.

All the drls on 90% of Canadian cars are just the high beams run on reduced power.

I am not looking for replacement bulbs. I am looking to buy a set of DRLs/Fog Lights that go right under my main lights in the front.

You want fog lights not DRLs. Daytime running lamps is a factory feature on the Canadian TL which turn on highbeams at 1/2 power at all times till lights are turned on. They aren't additional.
