Damn my HID's

This morning when I turned on my headlights I noticed that the drivers side stayed kinda red while the passenger side was normal. I guess my bulb is almost dead. This really sucks since I just bought the car just over a year ago. Its only a 99 too. and worst of all the car has 63000 miles so the factory warranty is over and the extended warranty won't cover maintenance issues. Anyone have any idea on where I can get a good price on the bulb. Anyone living in the seattle area willing to help me out and install my dead bulb in their car and get a new one from the dealer through their warranty? Please help!!! I need the bulb fast. thanks

If you are gonna change one, you might as well change both and go with the philips 6000k lights. The reason i say this is because when hids are both new they usually burn evenly, but when you get one new and the other is still good. The new one will be brighter than the original making it look like the old one is going bad too.

thanks

Thanks for all the input, so how much do the sylvania's cost, are they as bright as our OEM ones? Are they true HID's? Can they fit in our housing without modification? Thanks again, UWgrad

great prices

Burrard Acura up in Vancouver, BC is charging $132 per bulb, which is about half the price of what U.S. dealers are charging. anyone interested in buying new bulbs, I can pick up a couple pairs.
