I did it and I am damn good as you can see

I took apart the OEM housings and enlarged the reflector hole and mounted the projectors where the old D2R was. We used a Porsche Turbo projector and a A6 to get a truly unique look !

It was a lot of work but the pictures show that it was worth it.

I could make them maybe, but it would be expensive.

I would purchase another set of OEM housings which would cost $200-$300 (optional) But would allow you to still be able to drive your car around

Then used OEM Xenon projectors from an Audi would be $200.

Then my time and effort $300

So around $750-$500

Another nice thing would be is that I can also remove the orange reflector.

I would be able to do them in about a weekend if I had all the parts.

Also, I had to fly out to LA to install them and then we spent the weekend tweaking the aim to get them just right. So would need to understand there may be a small amount of work on your end once I was finished.

I'll be driving down to Chesapeake

What salvage yard did you get the projectors from? I know there is one on Indian River Road that specializes in imports...

These units can not be mass produced. It is a custom application each time. Every housing is unique.
