how about instructions for 2000tl.....my wife hates her cup holders. will the 2003 cup holders fit into the 2000tl?

yes they will!! One of the cheapest mods I did. At the dealership the 02-03 cupholders costed $8.00 canadian and there is four tiny tabs on the cup holder that can be easily removed with a knife or sissors. And it fits perfectly!!! I had to have a whole cup of coffee spill over for me to get off my ass and get one, you will have to pre pay and pick it up later.

Def worth the time - I spent a ton of time soaking up the coffee from the center console - the PWR outlet didn't short out though - Lucky I guess?

ya thanks for the info residual, i'll have to do that for her. those 2000 cup holder really suck,, the designer should be hung by the gonads from the nearest tree. My wife has had numerous spills like what your describing.

I agree about the '00 cup holders.....suck badly. Absolutely retro fit the later ones. Easy mod for less than $10.
