I finally got the Comptech headers mid last week and I spent most of saturday putting it in my Accord. I finally understand what all the rave is with these headers. The extra power can actually be felt in the seat of your pants. I had a chance to test it for the first time on the freeway on ramp. I punched it and before I even had a chance to merge in I was already going faster than traffic (70 mph) and the ramp was also uphill. I just continued floorin it, and soon I was at 115 in third gear, and the car was still asking for more . However I had to slow down cuz I caught up with traffic. Anyways, I exited and looked for a stoplight to test the acceleration from stop. I was able to make the wheels spin from stop without even having to brake torque. (heheh) This mod is a definite "must" get if you have a V6 (Honda/Acura).

Gimmick, Alright! Thats great, glad your happy. Can you belive how quiet they are ? Sounds just like stock. My wife doesn't even know our TL has headers
People ask me to describe the feeling of the gain, its hard, but I tell them this....The feeling you get when the VTEC kicks in, it is about 1/2 that power. And you feel it most, a few seconds after the VTEC kicks in.
You can actually feel the extra torque in the steering wheel, like you front wheels are going to spin out of control
BTW the stock cams came in Friday, I have to ship them out Tueday, (no UPS today )so they can start on our new ones
