I watched the video, and at one point it sounds as if the engine catches for a split second, indicating there might be some fuel pressure remaining (and which is why you can smell gas). You might need to get a helper to tap on the Main Relay while you're cranking. Even if that doesn't work, the Main Relay could still be bad (and need the solder joints reflowed), so you need to rule it out first, as a flaky Main Relay is the most common hard start failure.
I don't think you putting the 'wrong gas' in it was the problem. More likely something electrical has shrunken/distorted in the cold....

Here's a thread showing location and how to remove the Main Relay.
I think you should put back the original coils if you're not sure if the replacements are correct.

Sounds like you're flooding the engine

When you keep cranking and the car doesnt start , you're most definitely flooding the engine. Have you replaced your starter?

I'm saying that the most common reason for normally maintained fuel-injected pre-2005 Hondas and Acuras to have a hard start is a flaky main relay. So, rule it OUT first!

ok so i found the relay but its pertty hard to get out so i left it in i tapped it pretty hard aye few times then tryed to start it....... if you want i can make another vid of me tapping and trying to start it......... but it cranked then catched for about 1sec or 2 not saying it started but it sounded like it started but didnt if you get what im saying.............so what do you think should i try taking the relay out i cant find the clip on the relay to take it out......(not its is cold out side snow everywhere

If tapping on it makes it start, you're lucky, as that confirms it was a bad Main Relay. But if tapping on it does NOT help it start, then it could STILL be a bad Main Relay, and you need to remove it and either repair it or put in one that you know works, and go from there.
You have to contort and twist yourself under the dash to reach the bolt that holds the bracket for the Relay (see post 9), and that snow is not going to help....

It doesn't matter what it looks like, as solder breaks can be hidden internally. Now you need to reflow the solder at the large joints with a soldering iron. Then reinstall it and try again.

What did the mechanic do to get it running?
A surging idle is usually a gummed-up Idle Air Control Valve, which can be removed and cleaned. But even if the IACV has failed the car should still start, although the idle speed will not be steady and it might stall.
Does it start up with Starting Fluid?
