Is it normal the my coolant level is low?(above low line but below max line).
I filled it up like 8 months ago.

 

it should fluctuate in that container. Thats the overflow container and as the coolant gets warm or cold it goes into there as needed. If you notice that it starts to become empty and you have to keep filling it thats not normal

 

I don't notice any smoke when i start the car or while drive,blackstone however found traces of coolant when i did an oil analysis,they said it was a bit higher than normal.

 

The dealer won't even look at the car ,they say it's normal for the car to consume coolant.My level was at the full line about 8-9 months ago and now it's about 3/4 of an inch above the low line(while it's cold)How can i check to make sure i'm not burning coolant?

 

Check it hot and running and see if its back to the top line. Like i said it WILL fluctuate. There is no real way of telling if your burning coolant with the small amount yours has moved in that 8-9 month time. Now if you were having to add that every week or day then you could say something was wrong.
