Anybody have a pointer on how to get to that little sucker? It looks like it's about a 13mm plug, but I can't seem to get my arms high enough under there to get at it.

 

Done it before from underneath with car on ramps. I think I used the back of a wrench the part with the star points. A lot comes out from there when you drain so make sure you have enouogh coolant and for whatever reason they say not to skip that step.
