Clear Corners Dealer
I know that for second generation TLs you have to take apart the headlight housing and take off the orange diffusor. The problem for me is that I don't trust myself to do this to my own headlights. I live in Southern California, does anyone know if any dealer or mom and pops shop that does this professionally. If so let me know, I'm dying to clear those corners out, but I don't wanna ruin them myself and not reseal them correctly allowing moisture to get in.Or is it pretty easy to do it myself? I am just skeptical. Thanks guys.
Ok I will tell you my experience with clearing the headlights... It says to leave them in the oven for a certain amount of time on a certain degree of heat. Well the oven I used only had low/med/high. So to make a long story short it started to melt. Hahah.... I yanked it out of the oven and yes, it was smoking, and the clear plastic on the front had a somewaht brown tint to it. Yes, I was pissed off royally at myself but I went thru with the rest of the project and ended up finishing it with not much more difficulty. They did fog up and overall it was not worth it. Maybe if you have all of the exact specific requirements then go for it but what I ended up doing was buying some aftermarket lights that were cleared and blacked out for only like 230$ shipped and everything. Here is what they look like:

Got them from a guy on eBay named Atomicstreet so search ebay because they are definitley worth it. Hope this helps!
