Condensation in front left headlight, HELP

Is there any way I can remove this without taking it to the dealer? I bought the car a few weeks ago and they replaced the HID, but I don't think he sealed it properly. Any help? Thanks!

the HID bulb goes in thru the back like a normal car does
The condensation is from a weak sealing agent used at the factory to attach the lens to the housing
It requires removal of the entire housing to fix- complete removal of lens and sealing material- replace material- bake it on- etcetc
the dealer fix is a brand new housing-

the DIY method can be found here in the DIY section on blacking or clearing headlights- involves the OVEN in the house- plus you can MELT the mounting tabs on the housing as they are just thin plastic
Sometimes on the bay there is a company that has replacement sets- 185 for a pair of brand new in clear of blacked out- My 01 looks sweet with blacked out lights now!
and it beat hearing the wife complain about why the turkey smells like burnt plastic!!!

chances are good that a bad bulb on a leaking side, will blow another bulb AND drip the moisture onto the ballast under the housing- very $$$$
read the DIY

Wow,

Acutally found a really cheap way to fix it.

My buddy just went behind the light and pulled off a circular rubber seal that allows the bulb to air out. Within 12 hours, the headlight is clear For free

that will work until the next time you wash the car or otherwise get water near the headlights
Then it just got realllllll expensive!

That's a temporary solution. What happens when it gets really full of water or you forget to put the bulb back in.

That $150 bulb is not intended to be removed and installed over and over again. It's just plain foolishness to do this 'drying out' everytime. Get the problem fixed.

I think they are just pulling the security cover off the back off the housing to let it air dry- rob
The problem is that moisture is getting inside due to bad seal between housing and front glass lens- it needs to be dismantled cleaned and resealed with hondas special glue/sealant
As long as moisture gets inside- some of it drips down and into the ballast- where it destroys another expensive part.
But whatever works for you- fix it now or fix it later

Saving the bulb but not alot better, it's not designed to be used like that.

Yeah, I did not pull the actual bulb out, just this skinny rubber seal, thats it. But I see what ya'll are saying. I guess I worded my question wrong.

its NOT all air drying- some is making its way down and thru the place where wires pass thru and into the ballast below

But you just keep removing that cover and thinking all is well -
rather than buy a housing or pair of them new off the bay ( i got the blacked out ones for 185 a pair-new) then the problem is fixed
Or you remove housing and bake the front seal loose- remove lens- clean seal area- reseal and bake again- then install.... if you didnt destroy it on the oven
