Comptech Springs and Sways finally in - why oh why did I wait?
Got the springs a month ago and finally got sways installed this weekend.
Huge grin.
The difference is as big as the difference between a TL and a Camry.
Only dilemna now is do I install the Comptech sport stickers in my window or stay stealth?

Um, stealth...The suspension really didn't make you faster (though arguably you will be in the corners) and the sticker won't do anything but cause every ricer to want to race. Besides, they are great and all but a ricer RSX-S will still outcorner you so why bother...
I do miss my sways...Starting to wish I didn't sell them when I did...

I say ..... STEALTH. But I wish the stickers were temporary for some wee early morning street light to street light! Nobody even revs up next to me since I sold my GS-R

dude! Put the sticker on the front of your car, it will increase the torque of your car through the added weight of the sticker alone. Your horsepower should skyrocket as long as the cpu in the car recognizes the modification of the sticker.
I considered spending $4000 on a supercharger kit for my car but decided to spend the 4 large on a huge vinyl graphic that looks like a grain of rice, dont regret it either

So hemants..
you gunna give us more of a description than that??
how about some concrete details... your input is greatly appreciated by many who are silently contemplating the suspension mods... including myself... i'm looking into getting springs first, then sways...
1) how is the cornering
2) lane changing at highway speeds?
3) any new rattles/creaks/squeaks?
4) the highway/cruising ride... ride quality depreciation?
5) DETAILS BRO! ... share your story

Here is my previous review of CT sways only vs CT springs only.
http://www.acura-tl.com/forum/showth...threadid=58091
To summarize, I would say the following:
1. the best thing you can do for your car is upgrade the tires
2. sways are 75% of the handling improvment
3. springs are 25% of the handling improvement but 100% of the cosmetic improvement
If I had to chose between springs only and sways only I'd have to say sways. I spend more time in the car driving it than outside looking at the ugly wheel gap.
Some final notes.
1. When I put the springs on the imperfect damping of the stock shocks did induce a bit of bounce through highway dips etc. This seems to have been drastically reduced after the sways are in. I guess the body just has fewer degrees of freedom within which to flex.
2. Very important! I had the opportunity to test drive the car with just the rear sway installed. don't do it. Any stiffness gained in the rear seems to be transferred to the front which seems to wobble even more. Make no mistake. These sways work as a pair.
