I got a quote from Les Schwab this morning to order, install, and align the comptech springs all for $579.30 after tax. I'm thinking thats a pretty good deal considering they are only two blocks from my house and they have an awesome warranty for all their stuff.

MVMD, i am getting mine done soon but haven't checked the price yet. My friend got his stuff done at Eurotires on rt 46.
Apparently they have state of the art equipments and give you extensive warranty on alignment. He said they are little pricy though.
Check em out it may not bee that expensive.

Hey Slick, thanks for the info. Rt. 46 is close to me. I spoke to Park Ave. Acura and they will charge $950.00 for the springs, sways, and full align (They use all Comptech). I know it sounds pricey, but everything they do of course is under warranty and will not void any Acura warranties on the car. Let me know what you find out for your car.

What happens if you get springs installed and don't get the car aligned?

I have not done it yet, but

$320 (Springs incl. tax)
+$320 (Sways incl. tax)
+$210 (Installation...roughly)
+80 (Alignment)

=$930 for an Acura dealer to keep it under warranty.

Sounds right on target. Our Greenwich, CT dealer is about the same with keeping the warranty intact.

Hey Shoofin'TL, I would love to do it myself, as with any mod, but I'm just not mechanically inclined....I have 2 right hands

Thanks for the info....I'll most likely get it done at the dealer, even though the install might be a little pricey.....

Just a quick note about having the install done at our dealership- we are comptech approved, factory trained, will provide a free loaner car as long as you are over 21 years old, return your car washed and vacuumed and just generally make it an enjoyable experience (as well as improving your ride tremendously!) Check some of the listings on this and other forums from our happy customers...
